We are Tiziana and Benedetta, mother and daughter, united by a love of hospitality and the belief that every stay can turn into a special memory.
We created Piazzetta with the idea of offering our guests a place that is not only beautiful to look at, but that truly makes them feel at home. Since 2015 we have welcomed people from all over Italy and abroad and, in 2019, we renovated the spaces to make them even more comfortable.
True luxury is feeling at home, even when you are far from home.
The name Piazzetta comes from the neighbourhood where the apartment is located: this is how the people of Fermo have always called this part of the old town, to distinguish it from the Piazza — as Piazza del Popolo, the heart of the city, is commonly known — reachable in about ten minutes on foot.
An entire home just for you
Piazzetta is an apartment of about 110 sqm, designed for those who want to experience Fermo with the freedom and comfort of a real home. We rent the whole apartment to guarantee our guests privacy, peace and the freedom to plan their stay at their own pace.
It is the ideal choice for families, couples, groups of friends and also for those travelling for work who need a quiet space for remote working. The rooms are spacious, bright and beautifully cared for.
The parquet in the bedrooms brings warmth to the sleeping area, while marble adds elegance to the living room and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped: Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, oven and everything you need to cook in complete independence.

The terrace is the crown jewel of Piazzetta. With the arrival of spring it fills with flowers, becoming a lovely space to enjoy at any time of day.
In the warmer months an awning offers shade from the sun, while the evening brings one of the most magical moments: the sunsets that colour the sky above the rooftops of Fermo and the gentle Marche hills.

The two spacious double bedrooms are furnished in a classic style and feature elegant boiserie panelling that enhances the wall behind the bed.
The large wardrobes make it easy to organise even longer stays, while the air conditioning in both bedrooms ensures maximum comfort all year round. The apartment also has a large main bathroom and a second guest bathroom.

Piazzetta is designed to offer comfort, independence and convenience. Shortly before arrival you will receive all the instructions to access the apartment easily and on your own, thanks to the key box installed at the property.

Piazzetta is located in the historic centre of Fermo, a few minutes' walk from Piazza del Popolo — considered one of the most elegant Renaissance squares in Italy — and from the Cathedral, one of the city's landmarks.
The area is served by supermarkets, shops, a pharmacy, cafés, restaurants and all the main services. In a few minutes by car you can reach the beaches of Porto San Giorgio and Lido di Fermo, and for shopping the Il Castagno and Tod's outlets in Casette d'Ete.
